Refund policy

We stand behind our product and want you to love your purchase! Even in the instance of a return, we want you to have a great experience. 

We offer a conditional 30 day return. We will only accept items that are unwashed, unused, unworn, and in their original packing for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If your approved return is within 60 of purchase we will gladly offer a store credit.

If your return request is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In this case, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to receive a store credit your return shipping fee will be waived. You will also have the option to return the item at your own expense. If you elect to do so, we strongly recommend a shipping method that includes tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us with any additional question regarding our return policy at returns@carlomar.com. We will respond to all requested in 48 business hours or less. 

 

Defective Items or Inaccurate Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) contain any sort of manufacture defect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as "final sale" or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the desired item and request a separate return for the item you no longer wish to keep. If any particular instance requires special consideration, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days to see the credit depending on your financial institution.
